We kindly ask all guests to dress in Black Tie attire for the event.

Gentlemen may opt for a classic suit paired with a bow tie or tie; a tuxedo is optional.

For ladies, we suggest floor length dresses. Feel free to embrace any cultural attire as well as black attire.

Please be mindful to avoid colours such as white, cream, ivory, or champagne, as these are reserved for the bridal party and the bride.

The ceremony will commence promptly at 2:00 PM. We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Please ensure you are seated by no later than 1:45 PM.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony during church (no phones or cameras)

We have a professional photographer and videographer who will absolutely share these photos with you.

Please feel free to take as many photos as you like after the ceremony!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Whilst we would love for children to be in attendance. We kindly inform you that this is an adults-only occasion. We hope you can join us for a night of celebration and enjoyment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

After our ceremony at 2:00 PM, there will be a gap until our reception begins at 6:00 PM.

We kindly request that all guests arrive at the reception venue by 6:00 PM to ensure a prompt start to the evening's celebrations.

Yes, we will have an open bar available for all guests at the reception. We invite you to enjoy a variety of drinks and toast to the special occasion.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors with the exception of cocktail hour which will take place outdoors (weather permitting)

Ceremony:

Parking is available on Dandenong Road and Westbury Street. St Mary’s has no allocated car parking on the grounds.

Reception:

There are 20 on-site parking spaces available at Quat Quatta, along with some street parking in the vicinity. Additionally, Ripponlea train Station is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the reception venue.

For our guests travelling from overseas, numerous accommodation options are available in the inner southeast of Melbourne or the CBD.

Some nearby options include:

Chadstone Hotel, The Como Hotel South Yarra, The Royce Hotel or Ovolo South Yarra.

If you wish to stay in the CBD, the reception venue is conveniently located near Ripponlea train station, which is accessible via the Sandringham line from the CBD.
